Dover Street Market London offers a 14-day return window for all online orders, provided items are returned in their original condition with all security tags and packaging intact. Please note that certain products, such as earrings, fragrances, and final sale items, are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Log into your account or use the guest order tracker to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the return form and RMA number are clearly included inside.
Schedule a Collection
Use the provided pre-paid shipping label to book a collection with our courier or drop off your package at an authorized service point.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days, excluding original shipping costs.
